Lazy weekend
Nothing exciting to report this weekend, but it was a good two days to catch up on rest, knock out a few projects and smoke two loads of fish. Nothing says fall in Alaska like the sweet smell of a smoker mixed in with cold winds, rain and snow.

Been subsisting on smoked fall coho for couple of weeks. Using a soy sauce-based brine, salty. Needs more brown sugar, I think.
